You can make an inquiry to book direct. This is especially important if you are looking at long stay options. Many open dates are not available through aggregators, however member specials and promotions may offer slightly cheaper booking rates than direct.

The driving distance from Sydney CBD to Buttaba is 124km. Once you reach the Newcastle Freeway driving time is under 90 minutes.

A strict enforcement of 11 guests (including children) is allowed. There are 5 bedrooms and this is a luxury home so going over this amount will not be permitted.

Prior to your arrival the house will receive a 3 hours ‘airbnb’ clean. All beds will have fresh linen, clean towels for shower or bath and other amenities. If you are doing a long-stay there will be a weekly clean and all linen will be changed and fresh towels made available.

We have 6 mooring poles so you can moor your fishing runabout or luxury yacht. Unfortunately the slipway is not available as there is a boat housed on a cradle.

Within reason. This is a quiet area and respect for the neighbours is expected. Large parties, weddings or other events are strictly prohibited.
